Scope and contact
This notice covers the current test version of BağlamaApp, the baglamaapp.com website and support communication through support@baglamaapp.com. The project is operated by Umut Doğan. You can send privacy questions and requests about your data to our support address.
The app and preferences on your device
The current version does not require an account or sign-in. Fret calculations, reference tone synthesis and the metronome run on your device. Language, theme and text-size preferences are saved in local device storage (localStorage), and are not sent to a BağlamaApp server. You can remove this local data through your device’s app-data clearing options; device backup settings may also apply.
Microphone, advertising and analytics
The current version does not request microphone access, listen to you or create audio recordings. No advertising or third-party behavioural analytics SDK has been added to the app. This website also uses no advertising or visitor analytics scripts; the website code does not write cookies or local storage.
Support email
If you email us, your email address, message, device/app information and attachments you choose to share are processed to investigate and respond to your request. Please do not send unnecessary personal data, and hide personal information in screenshots. Incoming mail is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to the project’s Google-hosted support mailbox. These providers may process messages as part of their services. Support correspondence is kept in the mailbox; contact us to request access to or deletion of your messages.
Website hosting and technical data
This website is served through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, and browser and device information to deliver pages and secure its service. We therefore do not claim that no data is processed. Service providers’ processing and retention practices are governed by their own notices.
Stores, test distribution and external links
Google Play and Apple TestFlight/App Store may process installation, error and diagnostic information under their own services and settings. If you send test feedback, the relevant provider’s processes also apply. When following external links in the app or on this website, the destination service’s privacy terms apply.
Changes and requests
We will update this notice if the app’s data use or service providers change. Send privacy questions and requests to access or delete your support messages to support@baglamaapp.com.
